How the implementation works

E‑Squared does not begin with a blank sheet or design new processes in isolation. We first establish how critical work is currently performed and what useful process knowledge already exists. This may include informal working practices, diagrams, written procedures, system workflows, controls and knowledge held by experienced individuals.
We then work collaboratively with the people who lead, perform and understand the work to evaluate, refine and develop those processes. E‑Squared provides the process-design expertise and implementation capability; the organisation provides the operational knowledge and practical experience.
